About Me

The last five years or so have been particularly difficult for me as I entered perimenopause while juggling a full-time job and a family. After discovering breathwork, meditation, Reiki and menopause supporting supplements, I am finally feeling so much better! I created this website to share with you all of the positive changes I've incorporated into my life. I want to share my successes with you so that you can nurture your own passions and projects.
